Ingredients: Elderberries (Sambucus nigra), Goji Berries (Lycium barbarum), Hibiscus Flowers (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale), Cinnamon Chips (Cinnamomum verum), Rosehips (Rosa spp.) & Blueberries (Vaccinium sect. Cyanococcus)
Instructions for 32 ounces +
- Bring 32 oz of water to a boil
- Simmer down herbs uncovered until reduced by half.
- Strain
- While warm, Add equal amounts of honey or sugar of your choice
- Let cool.
- Dosage is 1 teaspoon up to 4 times a day Will last 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator
- *For a longer shelf life, add a couple ounces of alcohol or tincture of your choice.
