Elderberry Honey

Our Elderberry Honey consists of hand-picked Elderberries infused in local honey for 48 hours. We extract it at a low temperature to preserve the honey's natural medicine. The color & taste is delicious! Elderberry is great as an immune tonic or to support acute infections. She is antiviral, antibacterial, full of antioxidants, anticatarrhal, anti-inflammatory, a cardiovascular tonic & immune stimulant. She has an affinity for the respiratory system & gentle relaxing qualities. We like to take elderberry during cold & flu season or when we feel susceptible around others. This honey is perfect in your cup of herbal tea, spread on toast, or drizzled on your salad!
