Herbal Bug Spray

Did you know Catnip has been proven to be one of the top herbs to combat insects? These lovely plants contain compounds called Iridoids that are amazing for repelling mosquitoes, flies, roaches, mites, etc. We decided to harness this super power of Catnip & create an hydrosol based bug spray for the Summer months! We use organic Catnip Hydrosol as the base & add in pure essential oils of Catnip, Citronella, Tea Tree & Thyme. Completely DEET free; you can feel confident about this safe alternative. Safe to spray directly in clothes & skin but use caution near mucous membranes & young children. Oh and although we know felines love Catnip….this blend is definitely not recommended for your kitties. 

Ingredients: Catnip Hydrosol (Nepeta cataria) & essential oils of Catnip (Nepeta cataria), Citronella (Cymbopogon citratus), Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) & Thyme (Thymus vulgaris).
