Ingredients: Alcohol tinctures of Cramp Bark (Viburnum opulus)(40%), Garden Sage (Saliva officinalis)(40%), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)(75%), Ginger (Zingiber officinale)(55%) & Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata)(40%). 

Take 1-2 full dropperfuls up to 4X a day
